Venue Pricing 2025
All tours are by appointment only and availability Tuesday through Saturday
ADDITIONAL FEES:
1. Non-refundable reservation deposit of $500
2. Damage deposit fee $1,000 [refundable]
3. Furniture fee $300/$400
4. Warming kitchen fee $250 - includes commercial refrigerator, commercial & hand sink, ice machine and prep tables
5. After midnight $600/per hour
6. Security guard-required for all events $40 & $60 per guard/per hour
TERMS:
1. Security deposit of $1,500 is required
2. All renters are required to obtain Event Insurance
3. Holiday rentals are based on Saturday evening fees
4. Balance is due thirty [30] days before your event
TYPES OF PAYMENT:
1. Check - Certified Bank check, Money Order or Business check
2. Credit Card - Do NOT accept American Express or Debit Card
